Financial Policy
The income of Stichting Kingdom Connection Europe comes exclusively from gifts, donations, etc. that are received under the responsibility of the board. The finances of the Stichting Kingdom Connection Europe are controlled by the board and its treasurer. Stichting Kingdom Connection Europe is committed to publish the annual accounts that are approved by the board as our accountability to the public.
Rewarding Policy
The board is unpaid but can be reimbursed for the costs incurred by them. In case Stichting Kingdom Connection Europe hires staff, they will receive a salary in accordance with Dutch law, including the requirements for foreign employees. All staff will have a contract with Stichting Kingdom Connection Europe which includes the employee’s position, the duration of the contract, the (possible) part-time percentage, salary and vacation days.
